Return Policy
MW will make sure all of our dispatched products are carefully inspected. If the product you received arrived is wrong or damaged or doesn’t match the description, you can return the product within 3 working days after sign on arrival or pickup from stores. It’s highly recommended to inspect the product when you collect your product from the freight company depot. You will need to return the product to where you picked up or freight back to MW Melrose Park SA store. We will issue refund after we received your returned products in 5 business days.
The product needs to be returned to MW Melrose Park SA store. The return address is 969 South Road, Melrose Park, SA 5039.
Our store opening hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and 9:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturday.
A receipt of original purchases should be attached to your returned product or emailed to us carl@toolboxcentre.com.au.
Refund will only be issued as the same way you made the payment.
